the location of the hotel is perfect, just twenty minutes away from the airport and conveniently close to the city and CGK airport. the room had great views of the Jakarta Sea. 3. the bed was very comfortable. 4. the bathroom was clean.

Location: the hotel was next to the restaurant and the shopping centre. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 20 minutes walk from the property. Booked a room with cool views of the Jakarta sea...

The hotel had particularly good location close enough to North Jakarta, most of the shopping centre, and the restaurant and housekeeping department. The people working in the venue were amazingly nice. I appreciated having rich and excellent breakfast with good varieties.

The location of this place is amazing, very close to the seafront, offering great views of the sea, plus the breakfast is great and the rooms are clean and of a good size.

The spacious 70 sqm Suite Room at Aston Pluit Hotel & Residence was absolutely perfect for getting work done. The separate living and dining area provided a great space to relax and unwind. The super comfy bed with 100% cotton sheets and duvet ensured a restful sleep. With the work desk and free WiFi, I had no trouble staying connected. The home theatre was an added bonus for entertainment.

Personally, I liked everything about the room, but if I had to choose, I would say that the minibar could have had a better selection. However, this is just my subjective opinion and others might still find enjoyment in it.

As I said in last vist

1. After having dinner at the Restaurant I got ill because of spoiled Food. I was ill for 4 days and went to Hospital for medical Treatment 2. Aston Hotel charged me for the use of the small Tower. This is not acceptable.

The building and rooms here are nice, with comfy beds and a rich selection of breakfast options including good varieties of Asian food.

I had a great experience at Aston. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Wayan from Calantha restaurant who went above and beyond to take care of me during my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and the AC worked well. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel!

New hotel and new facilities.

Hotel is still not yet prepared to open. Not cleaned lifts and phones are not operating well. Even security lock was out of battery and shower pressure was very low to clean the body well. Internet network was very slow so some pages were not opened. In the night, I called hotel front desk with my mobile to explain the location to taxi driver but hotel didn't pick up the phone!!!! I used the restaurant in 6th floor for lunch and there was a hotel staff to clean the ceiling with dirty rug right above the food!!!!!!!!!! I asked a manager to stop cleaning the ceiling while there are foods. It was awful experience to have meal covered with invisible dusts... I think the hotel shall establish the staff training firmly for better service.
